Memorandum of Understanding between Bayraktar Technologies Azerbaijan and Baku Higher Oil School
On May 15, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) and Bayraktar Technologies Azerbaijan LLC.
The memorandum was signed by BANM Rector Elmar Gasimov and Hüseyin Topuz, CEO of Bayraktar Technology Azerbaijan.
The agreement envisages expanding student internship programs, implementing joint educational activities, and strengthening strategic cooperation between the parties. At the signing ceremony, Rector Elmar Gasimov emphasized the importance of the memorandum, while Hüseyin Topuz underlined its strategic significance for both parties and the realization of major projects in this field.
The event was attended by Erdoğan Akhan, CTO of Bayraktar Technology Azerbaijan, Zarafshan Mammadova, Head of the AI Team, Ahmet Köse, Director of the T3 Foundation, and BANM staff.
